Description
English: Portrait of Makea, a decided christian, after a photograph taken by Mr. Aaron Buzacott. Page 151. Makea Pori died in Avarua, 28 October 1839[1] He is described by the Sydney Illustrated News on 15 May 1886, as being the Chief of Raratonga in 1832.[2]
