Description
Deutsch: Polstofffilter als Diamondfilter mit rautenförmigen Segmenten, z.B. als Umrüstung von Traveling Bridge Sandfilters zur Erhöhung der hydraulischen Kapazität (Faktor 2-3) bei gleichem Grundflächenbedarf. Durch den geringen hydraulischen Verlust der Polstofffilter können auch flache Becken im Freispiegelgefälle ohne zusätzliche Pumpen genutzt werden.
English: Pile cloth media filters with diamond-shaped segments, e.g. to upgrade former traveling bridge sandfilters to increase the hydraulic capacity by factor 2-3 with the same footprint. Due to the low hydraulic loss of the pile cloth media filters, it also fits into shallow basins to be fed by gravity only without additional pumps.
