Summary

[edit]
Description To see this remote lighthouse one REALLY has to want to. To get there, you take the Highway 1/Mill Valley exit off 101 north of the Golden Gate Bridge and then it's 47.8 miles of what is often narrow, winding and sometimes bumpy road to the lighthouse which is literally at the end of the earth. It is one of the windiest, foggy lighthouses on the West Coast. We were lucky to hit it on a day at sunset that was at least fairly clear.
