Classification: Animalia, Vertebrata, Mammalia, Artiodactyla, Suina, Tayassuidae

Stratigraphy: 15 feet below the top of a low sand hill representing a lacustrine beach ridge or dune deposit along or next to ancient Lake Warren, lower Holocene or near-uppermost Pleistocene

Locality: low sandy hill in the vicinity of Washington Chapel Cemetery (southwestern quarter of section 27 of T5N, R14E), Washington Township, 5 to 6 miles west of the town of Fremont, western Sandusky County, northwestern Ohio, USA
