Русский: Наиболее плодотворный период творчества Нико Пиросмани – известного грузинского художника-самоучки, представителя живописного примитивизма, – приходится на 1896 – 1916 годы. К этому времени относится и исполненная им вывеска «Компания заходите».

В своей работе художник отходит от устоявшихся канонов вывесочного искусства, заключающихся в доминировании надписи, в плоскостности и декоративизме изображения. Вывеска, сама по себе не представлявшая интереса для Пиросмани, служит здесь только поводом к созданию еще одной картины. И лишь по необходимости художник дополняет её требующейся надписью. Подобных вывесок-приглашений Пиросмани сохранилось совсем немного. Однако можно с большой долей уверенности предположить, что владельцы тифлисских духанов и лавочек часто заказывали художнику рекламные таблички для своих заведений.

Левый нижний угол композиции занимают две строчки на грузинском языке, начертанные Пиросмани с трогательной ошибкой правописания. Они близки по звучанию фразе, свидетельствующей о назначении картинки и давшей в итоге название этому произведению. В правом нижнем углу можно различить указание суммы, которую, видимо, должен был заплатить гость за визит. Говорящими у Пиросмани являются и изобразительные детали композиции. Так, например, свисающие под тяжестью лоз ветви винограда указывают на щедрость хозяина и намекают на ожидающее гостя веселье
