Description
Español: Esquina de Pinto y Chacabuco, Pinto 399, Tandil, Argentina. Se ve el edificio del Rectorado de la Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires

English: The administrative building of the National University of Central Buenos Aires Province, on the corner of Pinto and Chacabuco streets in Tandil.

The building, designed by Italian architect M. Pancetta Bisighini, was completed in 1919 as the Palace Hotel. It was repurposed for its current use in 1971.

Argentina

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:

English It is uncontroversially accepted that buildings can be reproduced by paintings or photographs, without this reproduction infringing copyright.
