Of course the principal benefit in thissystem of exercises lies in its convenience.If you are in the habit of sleeping in acold room, a few minutes exercise undercovers enables you to so thoroughlywarm the body that you are able toresist with comfort the influence of acomparatively cold atmosphere, and anair bath when taken with exercise of thiskind is of great benefit. It seems toquiet the nerves and assists in the generaldevelopment of vigor. The exercises presented in this serieswill be published in the form of a chart,which our friends can hang on a wallconveniently near the bed, and thushave them near at hand as a daily re-minder. These charts will be furnishedfor fifty cents each, or will be sent witha years subscription for ten cents abovethe subscription price.
