Description
Français : Photographie des locaux de l'Action française situés 66 Rue de la République dans le 2e arrondissement de Lyon pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Le cliché a été probablement pris à l'occasion de la venue du Maréchal Pétain à Lyon les 18 et 19 novembre 1940 au tout début de l'Occupation et du régime de Vichy. Une banderole en l'honneur de Pétain est dressée sur un balcon à cette occasion.
English: Photograph of the premises of the Action française located at 66 Rue de la République in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon during the World War II. The photo was probably taken when Philippe Pétain came to Lyon on November 18th and 19th, 1940 at the very beginning of the Occupation and the Vichy France. A banner in honor of Pétain is displayed on a balcony on this occasion.
