Description
English: It is said and believed in hindu tradition that when one dies he ashes are to be flown in to the holy river ganga for the salvation of the soul of the deceased. Before the asthi (ash) visarjan (flown) the pandit guides to do a ritual called phool pooja and then it is visarjit in the holy ganga.
