Description Pennsylvania Railroad Connecting Bridge, or Connecting Railway Bridge, built 1866-67, expanded 1912-1915, is a stone arch bridge in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that carries Amtrak Northeast Corridor and SEPTA commuter rail lines over the Schuylkill River. Looking downstream from Kelly Drive.
