Description: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Vessel built by Ballard Marine Railway in Seattle as a supply and patrol vessel. Used in service for the international treaties protection act serving the Pribilof Island seal rookeries [Puget Sound Maritime Historical Society Note].  Handwritten on verso: Penguin.  Stamped on verso: Williamson's Marine Photo Shop, If it floats, we photograph it! 107 Colman Dock, EL 3533, Seattle 1, WN. Credit Line: "Photo by Joe Williamson."  U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service also known as: 'United States. Dept. of the Interior.
