Description
English: The pale sausage is 'bockwurst', the dark sausage is "Pfefferbeißer" (=pepper-biter). As this is a typical German dish, we serve here at the left a dry red 'Spätburgunder' from Baden and at the right a dry white 'Silvaner' from Frankonia. In the rear you see cucumber salad as side dish. - Our recipe (in German) you can find here: http://aulbach-rezepte.de/html/erbsensuppe.html
