Português: porção de pastéis de angu, iguaria mineira que consiste em uma massa cozida preparada com fubá de milho, água, sal e bicarbonato de sódio. Pequenas porções dessa massa são recheada com diferentes preparos, como queijo, carne ou legumes para em seguida ser fritos em óleo bem quente. Um bom pastel de angu, depois de pronto, tem textura média e é bem crocante, sendo consumido na temperatura quente ou morna. |
