English: There are 7 sites listed as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO inside Kathmandu Valley (220 square miles).

One among them is Pasupatinath Temple.

The Pashupatinath Temple is a renowned, holy Hindu temple devoted to Lord Shiva and is situated on the banks of the Bagmati River 5 kilometers north-east of Kathmandu Valley in the eastern piece of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.
