English: Parzellenstraße 21 in Cottbus-Spremberger Vorstadt, which was originally constructed as an auxiliary spinning works of Tuchfabrik Carl Loll at Ostrower Straße. After 1945, the property was refitted as a chemical plant and run by VEB Chemische Werke Cottbus, closing down in 1993. Today, it houses several businesses as well as the "Alte Chemiefabrik" event hall. |
