This media file has been nominated for deletion since 7 April 2024. To discuss it, please visit the nomination page.
Do not remove this tag until the deletion nomination is closed. Reason for the nomination: The entire church and its sculptures are certainly post-1972. None of the notable original buildings of w:en:Pantabangan survive, as the old town was submerged in the 1970s when its landmark dam was built. The present-day monuments and buildings of the town date to the 1970s, so none are in public domain. See this blog. The sculptures like crucifixes are at mercy of U.S. copyright thanks to the Uruguay Round Agreements Act; meaning to say, those won't be undeleted even if those fall out of copyrigjt in the Philippines, but only when their U.S. copyrights established by URAA law expire. We can ignore URAA, only if the Philippines had a valid, commercial Freedom of Panorama (see Template:Not-free-US-FOP).
