Français : Une plate-forme carbonatée atypique (pas d'environnement inter-supratidal) s'intalle ensuite le long de la marge N-briançonnaise, avec des dunes sous-marines oolithiques peu profondes entre un bassin à calciturbidites gréseuses (à Cancellophycus ou sub-briançonnais) au NW et une plaine marécageuse à salinité variable (marais maritime), riche en macrofaune: Mytilus, brachiopodes, gastéropodes échinides etc. et niveaux charbonneux. Ces fossiles ont servi à établire une biostratigraphie locale ou succession de biofaciès (De Loriol & Schardt, 1883; Renz, 1935). Cependant, les "Couches à Mytilus s. l." en bancs plus massifs très riches en foraminifères du Bathonien-Callovien, forment, en réalité, une grande partie de la falaise calcaire qui suit, faussement attribuée au Malm par les anciens auteurs. English: An atypical (without intertidal and supratidal environment) carbonate platform settles down along the margin. Shallow water oolithes and oncoids are deposited in a narrow zone between a basin with Cancellophycus to the north and a marine/swampy plain with abundants mollusc fauna. However the Mytilus formation, rich in bathonian and callovian foraminifera (Septfontaine, 1984 etc.), develop thick limestone beds tenth of meter above, wrongly attributed to the upper Jurassic.
