" kloppers" ????? typisch geval van ' de bel horen luiden maar weet niet waar de klepel hangt ' ! niet KLOPPERS maar PLOPPERS , PLOPPERS is een verbastering van het Nederlandse woord 'VOORLOPERS'.

KNIL patrouilles maken gebruik van VOORLOPERS dat zijn verkenners die vooruit lopen op de patrouille en zijn altijd het eerst die een kampong binnen treedt. Voorloper/ plopper wat nu verbasterd is tot het Indonesische woord PELOPOR wat voorloper of pionier betekent Geplaatst door Diederick op 01 oktober 2017 - 07:42.

U heeft natuurlijk gelijk, maar op de achterzijde van de foto staat wel degelijk "Kloppers". Misschien bedoeld als woordgrap aangezien ze palen de grond in "kloppen"
