Leaders are on hand toshow them a better way, and a policeman, often a sort of step-father to the youth of the neighborhood, is there to enforcethe rules. Play on vacant lots without supervision has a ten-dency in city or country to degenerate into fights and quarrels, into foul language and gambling. On municipal diamondsonly the good remains and the entire community is benefited.
