Note involvement of right lower leg. Scar on shin is result of operation for re- moval of section of bone for bacteriological study. The patient instinctively relieves the affected leg of weight bearing, not because of pain, but because of feeling of weak- ness upon that side. The head appears enlarged, but patient has not noticed any in- crease in size, and the radiographs are negative. complains solely at the present time of an annoying fatigue upon slightest exertion.
