Description
English: The Old Cemetery of Balzers in the principality of Liechtenstein. It was established in 1807, dissolved in 1998 and converted into a public park. The last burial took place in 1966. The church tower of St. Nicholas is a cultural heritage site, whereas the church building was demolished in 1926.
Deutsch: Der Alte Friedhof von Balzers im Fürstentum Liechtenstein. Er wurde 1807 eröffnet, 1998 aufgelöst und in einen öffentlichen Park umgewandelt. Die letzte Beerdigung fand 1966 statt. Der Kirchturm St. Nikolaus wurde 1951 unter Denkmalschutz gestellt, nachdem das Kirchengebäude 1926 abgerissen worden war.
