Description
The Danmark was built by Burmeister & Wain in Copenhagen (yard no. 178), launched in June 1893 and delivered in July 1893 to the Skjold shipping company of Copenhagen. She served until December 1916, when she was stopped by the U-79 north of Spain. The uboat crew placed explosives in the ship and sank her.
