Description The mouth of the Oak Orchard River in the town of Carlton, Orleans County, New York. The promontory from which this pier extends is known as Point Breeze. Lake Ontario is to the left and behind the camera. The camera is facing roughly south-southwest, upstream. The overpass in the distance carries the Lake Ontario State Parkway over the river.
