Description
English: Noyabaad Mosque is situated on the bank of the Dhepa river in village Nayabad in Ramchandrapur Union under Kaharol and Thana of Dinajpur district. It is about 20 km to the north-west of the district town.

The mosque was built in 1793. It was built on about 1.15 bighas of land.
Русский: Мечеть Ноябаад (Noyabaad) расположена на берегу реки Дхепа в селе Ноябад (Noyabad) в объединении Рамчадрапур (Ramchandrapur) на территории Кахароле и Тхана (Kaharol and Thana) округа Динаджпур. Это примерно в 20 км к северо-западу центрального города района.

Мечеть была построена в 1793 году. Её площадь: около около 1,15 бигха.
বাংলা : নয়াবাদ মসজিদ বাংলাদেশের দিনাজপুর শহর হতে প্রায় ২০ কিলোমিটার দূরে কাহারোল উপজেলার নয়াবাদ গ্রামে অবস্থিত । মসজিদটির পাশ দিয়ে চলে গেছে ঢেপা নদী। ১.১৫ বিঘা জমির উপর এই মসজিদটি তৈরী করা হয়েছে।

মসজিদের প্রবেশের প্রধান দরজার উপর স্থাপিত ফলক হতে জানা যায় এটি সম্রাট দ্বিতীয় শাহ আলমের রাজত্ব কালে ২ জৈষ্ঠ্য, ১২০০ বঙ্গাব্দে(ইংরেজী ১৭৯৩) নির্মান করা হয়। এলাকার অধিবাসীদের থেকে জানা যায় যে, ১৮ শতকের মাঝামাঝিতে কান্তনগর মন্দির তৈরীর কাজে আগত মুসলমান স্থপতি ও কর্মীরা এই মসজিদটি তৈরী করেন।

According to Sec. 72 of the "2000 Copyright Act of Bangladesh", the following acts shall not constitute infringement of copyright, namely:

(20) the making or publishing of painting, drawing, engraving or photograph of a sculpture or other artistic work falling under section 36(c) (enumerated as "other works of artistic craftsmanship" under Sec. 2, "Definitions"), if such work is permanently situated in a public place or any premises to which the public has access;
(21) the inclusion in a cinematograph film of – (i) any artistic work permanently situated in a public place or any premises to which the public has access; or (ii) any other artistic work, if such inclusion is only by way of background or is otherwise incidental to the principal matters represented in the film;[...]
