Français : Cette Note de service, datée du 15 novembre 1942, issue du plus haut niveau de commandement civil et militaire en Afrique française après le débarquement des Alliés au Maroc et en Algérie, décrit le procédé déployé pour empêcher les Français juifs de faire partie des unités combattantes contre les forces de l'Axe, prolongeant la politique antisémite de Vichy .

English: This memorandum, dated November 15, 1942, issued from the highest level of military and civilian command in French Africa after the Allied landings in Morocco and Algeria, describes the procedure deployed to prevent Jewish French from joining the fighting units against the Axis forces, prolonging the anti-Semitic policy of Vichy.
