Description
English: The image shows the northwestern view of the Kangla Uttra Shanglen inside the Kangla fort in Imphal. The Kangla Uttra Shanglen (AKA "Uttra Sanglen") is the religious office building of Sanamahism (traditional Meitei religion). It is built in the traditional Meitei architectural designs, among which the most significant and the holiest element is the "chirong" (literally, "horns" in Meitei language) which is the V-shaped design adorned on the roof of the building.
