Summary

[edit]
Description
English: A window in the north aisle of St Michael and All Angels parish church, Eastwell, Leicestershire. This three light window is late Decorated Gothic and is in the east wall of the north aisle. In English Civil War and subsequent Commonwealth period in the 17th century, many churches were stripped of their Catholic finery. This included the destruction of stained glass windows and their replacement with plain glass. This window contains fragments of stained glass recovered from the churchyard. See 675711.
