This is a south-bound Norfolk Southern Railway maintenance-of-way (MOW) train near Inaha, Georgia, USA, seen on 19 December 2013. The train was headed by a pair of General Electric CW40-9 engines. This particular MOW train was carrying welded rails on roller cars.
