Summary[edit]

Description

030314: Nogales, AZ - U.S. Customs and Border Protection agriculture specialists at the Mariposa Port recently took possession of what appears to be the tanned hide of a large wild cat. CBP working with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service were able to determine that it was the pelt of a large Ocelot, a species that is threatened with extinction and protected by the Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species.
