English: The energy of an orbit around a black hole has E = U(r)+ (dr/dt)^2/2, where U=J^2/(2r^2) - GM/(r-2GM/c^2) using the Pazynski approximation to the Black Hole potential. So for J as function of U and r, we get J=r*Sqrt[2*U + 2/(r - 2)]. Point of no-return are curves with no inner angular momentum barrier. |
