This work was first published in Tajikistan or the Tajik SSR and is now in the public domain because its copyright protection has expired by virtue of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Copyright and Related Rights (details). The work meets one of the following criteria:
  • It is an anonymous work, pseudonymous or posthumous work and 50 years have passed since the date of its publication
  • It is another kind of work, and 50 years have passed since the year of death of the author (or last-surviving author)
  • It is one of "official documents (laws, resolutions, decisions, and etc.), as well as their formal translations; official symbols and marks (flags, emblems, orders, banknotes, and etc.); works of popular art"

You must also include a United States public domain tag to indicate why this work is in the public domain in the United States. Note that a few countries have copyright terms longer than 70 years: Mexico has 100 years, Jamaica has 95 years, Colombia has 80 years, and Guatemala and Samoa have 75 years.
