English:

Overview for image at the right. This image shows the location of the close up at the right in the complex λ-plane. λ ranges in [-2.5,2.5]×[-2.5,2.5], i.e. the image's center is at 0. For a description of the underlying mathematical background please refer to the text explainig the close up. Each pixel corresponds to the fate of the critical point 0 of a cubic polynomial.
