English: New Overleigh Cemetery - View from Shelter. The 'new' Overleigh Cemetery was opened in 1879 and is on the south side of Overleigh Road, opposite the old cemetery. This is the view from the shelter on the west side of the cemetery. See 592185. On the left is the old cemetery chapel, which is now the Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Barbara. In the distance on the right is the top of the Handbridge water tower. |
