Description
English: This was a map created for the 63rd Annual Congress of American Prison Association in Atlantic City in 1933. (The annotation on the map of ca. 1955 is incorrect.) (User:Prosfilaes manually edited out a watermark that can be seen on the source. It did not overlap the map, but effects can probably seen in the paper grain of the lower left corner.)
