| Description |
English: Near Paull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Nearly There! In the early morning, the Zeebrugge to Hull North Sea Ferry Pride of Rotterdam approaches King George Dock at Hull where it will go through the lock before berthing up in the dock itself (the Rotterdam to Hull North Sea Ferry berths on the Humber frontage outside of this dock). Superficially, the boat looks as though it's in a field, but the embankment on the river's edge obscures the water! The photo was taken from the Hedon to Paull road flyover to the south of Hedon where this bridge crosses the Hedon Bypass (A1033) just less than two miles away from the subject. |
