Description
English: A letter from Standartenführer Buschmann, the Gobitskommissar of the city of Borisov, to the head of the gendarmerie of Borisov Uyezd, Lieutenant Hirstel, with a request to provide details on the partisan's attack on the police patrol near the village of Guba and the destruction of the village of Khatyn.

It contains a provisional report on the destruction of the village of Khatyn and killing 90 of its inhabitants on March 22, 1943.

The letter was issued on April 5, 1943.

От генерального комиссара в Минске мне было послано следующее краткое сообщение: 22.3.1943 года под Губой – 2260 – 14 км севернее Логойска дозор охранной полиции подвергся нападению бандитов. Убиты 1 гауптман и 3 украинца, 1 украинец ранен. При преследовании банда была остановлена. Потери противника – 30 убитых. Бандитская деревня Хатынь = 2260 = (12 км ю.в. Плещениц) была при этом уничтожена вместе с 90 жителями.

Для доклада г-ну ген. комиссару мне требуется подробное донесение об указанном нападении. Прошу предоставить мне это донесение в кратчайший срок.
