Description
Deutsch: Ginkgobaum (Ginkgo biloba) als Naturdenkmal M-2 in Hagen, Märkischer Ring 101 am Rande des Parkplatzes hinter dem CVJM-Heim. Der älteste Ginkgo-Baum Hagens wurde nach 1870 in der Parkanlage der Villa des Textilfabrikanten Carl Elbers (1823–1887) angepflanzt. Im Zweiten Weltkrieg wurden Villa und Park zerstört und der Ginkgo brannte bis zum Baumstamm ab. Der scheinbar tote Baum erholte sich aber wieder und als der CVJM das Gelände Anfang der 1950er Jahre übernahm wurde er als Naturdenkmal geschützt. Stammumfang ca. 2,5 m, Kronendurchmesser ca. 12 m, Höhe ca. 14 m.

Il a été planté après 1870 dans le parc de la villa du fabricant de textiles Elbers. Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, la villa et le parc ont été détruits et le ginkgo a brûlé jusqu'au tronc. L'arbre apparemment mort a fini par reverdir, et lorsque le YMCA a repris le site au début des années 1950, il était protégé en tant que monument naturel. Circonférence du tronc environ 2,5 m, diamètre de la couronne environ 12 m, hauteur environ 14 m.
