Nas-Kaddu, traditional Central Asia tobacco snuffbox made of small pumpkin.

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Nas-kaddu are very small yellowish and white pumpkins, sometimes not above an inch in height; they are used for snuff-boxes, from which they derive their name and grown in Central Asia for this purpose. Nas-kaddu mostly use to store naswar or nasway which is smokeless tobacco popular in Central Asia.
Русский: Нас-каду изготавливается из одноименной маленькой тыквы (обычно до 10 см. в длину), культивируемой специально для этого в странах Средней Азии. Нас-каду используется в качестве табакерки для насвая (Насвай ), разновидности нюхательного табака, распространенного в странах Средной Азии.
