Автори роботи Яна Сичікова (синтез наноструктур) та Сергій Ковачов (кольоровий дизайн).English: Sometimes a static image can reflect the dynamic motion. The SEM image of the gallium arsenide surface with nanostructures looks like a plane crash in a diamond field. The nanostructures were synthesized by electrochemical deposition in an acidic electrolyte. One can observe the formation of two crystalline phases. The diamond-like crystallites are arsenic oxide. The flat structures are gallium oxide. The study of such structures is essential to understanding the self-organization of the growth of semiconductor crystals and nanostructures on their surface. The nanostructure was synthesized in the nanostructures synthesis laboratory of the Berdiansk State Pedagogical University. The micrograph was obtained using a SEO-SEM Inspect S50-B scanning microscope (Sumy State University). 1200x magnification. Image width: 200 µm. The image was colorized using Adobe Photoshop. This work is remarkable since there was no other image processing except for color addition. The work was created within the framework of the Grant of the President of Ukraine for the implementation of Serhii Kovachov's "Nanoart Artbook" creative project. Creators of the work: Yana Sychikova (nanostructures synthesis) and Serhii Kovachov (color design). |
