English: Crystallite synthesized on the surface of monocrystalline silicon Sometimes the relief of nanoobjects is very similar to real reliefs. Crystallite is a complex compound consisting of silicon, sulfur and oxygen. Such structures are interesting because they contain two phases with different electrical conductivity, which opens new prospects for application. Geometrically perfect shapes of the structure indicate the crystal structure of the formed compound. This nanoart is the nanopaz, it is collected from fragments from crystallites of another Nanart, namely, from ‘Africa’. Our new Nanoart "United Ukraine" symbolizes the territorial integrity and indivisibility of our state. Ukraine, like every other country on our planet, has the right to restore its borders. The synthesis of nanostructures was carried out at the Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, the authors are Yana Suchikova (Yana Sychikova) and Serhii Kovachov. At the time of submission of the image for the competition, the city of Berdyansk is under occupation, and the university is captured by the russian invaders. The image was made within the project “Nanoart. New Symbolism of Science”.
