English: Nanocrystallites, which were synthesized on the surface of single-crystal gallium arsenide by combined electrochemical methods, namely electrochemical etching with simultaneous electrochemical deposition. A nano-object resembles a virion - a viral particle of a coronavirus; they are often visualized by a similar structure. With this work, we would like to draw the attention of the community to the problem of the COVID pandemic and the need to follow preventive measures. The synthesis of nanostructures was carried out at the Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, the authors are Yana Suchikova (Yana Sychikova) and Serhii Kovachov. At the time of submission of the image for the competition, the city of Berdyansk is under occupation, and the university is captured by the russian invaders.
