Brill Co electric streetcar, one of a set delivered to New Orleans in 1894. 6 men stand in front of the streetcar; those on either end are in uniforms and caps of streetcar motormen or conductors; second from right is in New Orleans Police Department uniform. Advertising banner at top right says "Go Sailing at West End".
