Deutsch: Samischer Runenkalender; Museum für Völkerkunde in Lübeck. InvNr. 322
Material: Knochen Der Kalender beginnt als einziger am 18. Januar und ist von oben nach unten und von links nach rechts zu lesen. Er hat 364 Tagesstriche. Der 13. Und 14. Januar haben denselben Tagesstrich. Die Halbjahresgrenzen sind am 14. April und am 14. Oktober besonders markiert. Die Festtagshervorhebungen sind ungewöhnlich: Die Vigil des Festtages für den Hl. Olav am 28. Juli lässt auf norwegischen Einfluss schließen. Dafür fehlen die sonst so wichtigen Festtage der Hl. Anna im Dezember und des Hl. Henrik im Januar, bringt aber die Hl. Margareta am 20. Juli. Es werden auch nicht die gewöhnlichen Zeichen für die Jahreszeiten verwendet, aber ein figürliches Zeichen am Fest an St. Michael am 29. September. |
