Description
Deutsch: München, Giesing. Fassadenansicht des St. Martinspitals von der Severinstraße aus gesehen. Das Hauptgebäude wurde nach den Plänen des damaligen Bauamtmanns Karl Hocheder in der Zeit von November 1892 bis Dezember 1894 ausgeführt und im Frühjahr 1895 dem Betrieb übergeben. Die Kosten für den Erwerb des Grundstücks beliefen sich auf 171256 Mark. Der komplette Bau mit Einrichtung wurde mit 921535 Mark angegeben. Die jeweiligen Unkosten zur Errichtung der Erweiterungen nach Plänen des Baurats Robert Rehlen, addierten sich mit dem Nordflügel um 335351 Mark, und die des Südflügels um 171412 Mark.
