Vue sur le pavillon Cloutier et la vieille Tourouge de l’institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal situé dans le quartier longue pointe de l’arrondissement Mercier Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. La vieille Tourouge elle le plus vieux bâtiment de l’institut. La vieille Tour Haïti construite après l’incendie de 1890 et Lacier lui de réservoir d’eau en prévention d’une autre incendie éventuelle. L’institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal est situé dans le quartier longue pointe de l’arrondissement Mercier Hochelaga-Maisonneuve.
