English: Dignitaries from the Coast Guard, the U.S. Navy and the Royal Navy join with other dignitaries on the buoy deck of Coast Guard Cutter Mobile Bay during the dedication Sept. 8. 2012 of a buoy to mark the location of the pivotal Battle of Lake Erie during the War of 1812.
