Description An U.S. Soldier of Easy Company, 1st Battalion (Airborne), 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team, prepares to conduct a low-cost, low-altitude airdrop during a mission rehearsal exercise at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany, March 16, 2014. The MRE was conducted at the 7th Army Joint Multinational Training Commands Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels Training Areas in order to prepare subordinate battalions of the 12th Combat Aviation Brigade to deploy to Afghanistan to provide medical evacuation and combat support to the NATO International Security Assistance Force mission.
