Photograph of Mission San Gabriel viewed from the street, ca.1904. The bell tower with niches for six bells is partially obscured by the largest palm tree shown. At least five palm trees can be seen lining the church. A woman is standing on the sidewalk near one of the nine buttresses supporting the church. Streetcar rails are visible in the street.
