Problem Reference ID : HC-143905 Date and Time Submitted : 25/04/2012, 23:38 Problem Description : Lighting column TA 3A is leaning and one of the two Globes (lanterns) is missing. It's on the pavement in Town Hall Approach Road N15. Last month I reported the missing globe and leaning column to Haringey's Lighting Team. But should they bother?
