Čeština: Miroslav Prokop (1922–1942) byl za protektorátu aktivní v protiněmeckém odboji. Spolu se svým otcem Karlem Prokopem (1893–1943) založil ilegální organizaci "Věrný pes". V nekomunistickém odboji Miroslav Prokop distribuoval ilegální tisk a pomáhal při radiovém vysílání depeší do Londýna. Po přepadení jinonického akcízu gestapem se Karlu Prokopovi podařilo uniknout, ale jeho syn Miroslav a manželka Emílie byli zatčeni. Miroslav Prokop prošel velmi krutými výslechy v Petschkově paláci. Byl vězněn, souzen a odsouzen k trestu smrti. Ten byl vykonán v Mauthausenu smrtící benzinovou injekcí. Na fotografii (uprostřed) spolu se svými kamarády.
English: Miroslav Prokop (1922–1942) was during the time of Protectorate active in the anti-German resistance. He and his father Karel Prokop (1893–1943) founded an illegal organization "Faithful dog". In anti-German resistance movement Miroslav Prokop distributed some illegal printed materials and he also helped with radio broadcasting news to London. After being arrested by the Gestapo he underwent harsh interrogations and was finally executed (using petrol injection to heart) in Mauthausen concentration camp. In the photograph (in the middle) with his friends.
